Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Donut Browser software and services provided by Internet Technology Services LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Donut Browser is an anti-detect browser application that allows users to create and manage multiple browser profiles with unique fingerprints. We provide both free and paid tiers of service with varying features and capabilities.

You do not need to create an account to use the free plan. An account is only required for paid features and cloud services.

2. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Donut Browser to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Engage in fraud, identity theft, or other illegal activities
  • Distribute malware or engage in unauthorized access to systems
  • Abuse, harass, or harm others
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Software License

Donut Browser's source code is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). Under this license:

  • You may use, modify, and distribute the software freely.
  • Any modifications or derivative works must also be licensed under AGPL-3.0 and their source code made available.
  • If you run a modified version as a network service, you must make the source code available to users of that service.

An active subscription to a Pro plan or above automatically grants you a commercial license that allows proprietary use without AGPL-3.0 obligations for the duration of your subscription. This commercial license does not grant the right to resell, sublicense, or redistribute Donut Browser — whether modified or unmodified — as a standalone product or as part of a competing service.

Contributions to Donut Browser are governed by our Contributor License Agreement, available in the project repository.

5. Payment Terms

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at the current rate until renewal.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal, provided you have not consumed the included proxy bandwidth. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected].

7. Cloud Services

Certain features such as profile cloud sync, team collaboration, and profile sharing are provided as cloud services. These services:

  • Are available only to subscribers of applicable paid plans.
  • May be subject to usage limits as described in your plan.
  • Are provided on a best-effort basis with reasonable uptime targets.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Internet Technology Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information
  • Any interruption or cessation of the services
  • Any third-party actions related to your use of the services

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination & Data

  • Cancellation of your subscription takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Cloud-synced profiles and associated data are stored until the end of the billing period, then permanently deleted.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms with or without notice.
  • The free tier of the software remains available under the AGPL-3.0 license.

11. Account Deletion

  • Users without an active subscription can delete their account at any time.
  • Upon account deletion, personal information (email, name) is deleted immediately.
  • Users with active subscriptions must cancel first; deletion takes effect at the end of the billing period.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
