Because each profile is a sealed identity, a drain or a deanonymization on one wallet cannot be linked back to the others. One compromised session stays contained; the rest of your holdings never enter the picture.

## Questions, answered.

### 01 Can I have multiple MetaMask wallets in one browser?

Yes, but if you mean multiple accounts inside a single MetaMask install, those still share one extension, one storage tree, one fingerprint, and one IP. Sites that profile users can connect them. Donut Browser solves the harder problem: a separate MetaMask install per profile, with isolated storage, isolated fingerprint, and an optional separate proxy. Each profile is effectively a separate Chrome user with its own wallet stack.

### 02 How is this different from MetaMask's built-in account switcher?

MetaMask's account dropdown lets you sign with different addresses from the same install, but every dApp you visit still sees the same browser, the same cookies, and the same fingerprint. Donut isolates wallets at the browser level: each profile has its own MetaMask, its own cookies, its own fingerprint, and optionally its own proxy. It is wallet isolation, not just key separation.

### 03 Does Donut Browser work with Phantom, Rabby, Keplr, and Coinbase Wallet?

Yes. Donut Browser is a Chromium-based browser, so any Chrome wallet extension installs normally: MetaMask, Phantom, Rabby, Keplr, OKX Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, Trust Wallet, and others. Each profile has its own extension installs and its own extension storage.

### 04 Is this a browser for airdrop hunting?

It is a clean way to manage your own wallets across many ecosystems, which is what serious airdrop hunters and active Web3 users need. You can keep separate profiles for separate participations: a profile for zkSync, a profile for Scroll, a profile for Linea, a profile for Berachain, a profile for Hyperliquid points. Each profile is its own browser identity, with its own wallet, its own cookies, its own IP. Whether you qualify for any specific airdrop is up to that project's rules; eligibility is set by the project, not the browser.

### 05 Can I use this for DAO multisig participation?

Yes, this is one of the cleanest setups. Keep a dedicated profile for each DAO you sign for, with the wallet that's actually on the multisig, the Safe interface, Snapshot, and Tally bookmarked. Your DAO signing browser stays separate from your personal trading and your day-to-day browsing.

### 06 What about wallet warmup and on-chain history?

When you spin up a new profile for a new wallet, on-chain history is a separate, deeper question: that's about how you fund the wallet, what it interacts with, and the gap between actions. Donut Browser handles the browser-side hygiene: clean cookies, clean fingerprint, clean session, optionally a dedicated proxy. Your on-chain story is yours to build.

### 07 Does anything leave my machine?

No telemetry from the browser itself. Donut Browser stores all profile data locally and collects no usage analytics. The app is open source on GitHub; you can read the network code yourself. Your dApp traffic, of course, still leaves your machine to reach the dApp; that's why per-profile proxies matter.

### 08 Can I run my Binance, Bybit, and OKX accounts in separate profiles too?

Yes, and many people do. Multiple Binance accounts, multiple Bybit accounts, multiple OKX accounts, each in its own isolated profile with its own fingerprint and proxy. Whether running multiple accounts is permitted is governed by each exchange's terms of service; that is a question for you and that exchange, not for the browser.

### 09 Does Donut Browser leak my real IP via WebRTC?

No. WebRTC IP leak prevention is per-profile. With a proxy or VPN attached, the dApp sees only the proxy IP; your real IP stays hidden. The companion page on anti-fingerprint protection covers how the fingerprint stack works in detail.

### 10 Can I use a hardware wallet like Ledger or Trezor?

Yes. Hardware wallets work in Donut Browser the same way they do in Chrome, via the wallet extension or the official desktop bridge. Many users dedicate one profile to a hardware-wallet-only setup, with no other extensions installed and no day-to-day browsing in that profile.

### 11 How is this different from general multi-account browsing?

Crypto adds two specific concerns on top of normal multi-account work: extension state (every wallet has its own storage tree that you do not want crossing profiles), and signing surface (one bad dApp in the same browser as your main wallet is a real risk).
